Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a clear long history, but it could do with a complete makeover. The rooms were okay and bright, but noise from the main road was a big issue. The restaurant meals were not exceptional, resembling bar meals, and the breakfast was below par.
The hotel rooms were a bit stuffy and outdated with a large four-poster bed. The location was okay but could have been better. The service was very attentive and helpful. The dining experience had good choices but felt overpriced given the room amenities. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel was beautifully clean, offering comfortable rooms with plenty of towels, but it felt a bit stuffy and hot inside. The location, although next to a busy roundabout, was convenient for exploring the area, despite lacking atmosphere. The dining experience offered excellent quality food, but the service had some minor issues. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms were a delight, but the issue with the heated towel rails making the rooms too hot was a downside. The hotel had great meals and breakfast, but the noise level from the kitchen and lack of ventilation in some rooms were drawbacks.
